Founder Pam Stearns has her Economics degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of California. She is both a CPA and CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst). She has over 20 years experience in the financial arena and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and Big Four accounting firms. She left the corporate world to follow her own dream – that of educating and empowering women to achieve financial confidence and personal clarity. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).

She is also a member of both the Triad Collaborative Family Law Group and the Collaborative Divorce Interdisciplinary Practice Group of the Triangle (CDIPG).
